- Digital Products: If you encounter any issues with a digital product you purchased from us, such as files that are corrupted or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Design Services: If you are not satisfied with the design services provided, you may request a revision. We offer up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. If, after revisions, the final product still does not meet your expectations, you may request a partial or full refund depending on the project’s progress.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable:
- Completed Services: Once a design project is completed and approved by you, it is considered final and non-refundable.
- Custom Orders: Custom design work, where services have been specifically tailored to your unique requirements, may not be eligible for a refund after significant progress has been made.
3. How to Request a Refund
We’ve made the refund process simple:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at support@jaygdesign.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request.
- Review Process: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and may reach out to you for additional information.
- Resolution: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
